Denning Moot Court Society

A Moot Court simulates a court hearing whereby participants analyze a problem, research the relevant law, prepare written submissions and present their oral arguments thus imitating the procedure that is followed in real courts. The Mooting Society aims to train the student body in the application of persuasive advocacy by encouraging students to engage in mock litigation and think deeply about interesting legal issues.
